What is an uncontested divorce?
Uncontested means you and your spouse agree on all issues including property and children. For example, you anticipate agreement regarding the division of community property, debts / liabilities, and if applicable, custody and child support. Parties must be able to achieve and maintain amicable communication while divorce is pending.

What happens next in the divorce process?
We’ll get started by drafting and filing your original petition for divorce with the Court. Once that’s approved, we move on to completing your Family Law Questionnaire and the Final Decree of Divorce is drafted. Once the documents are finalized, the Judge will approve and sign your divorce decree and your divorce is complete.
